Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our IT Service Desk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our internal customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous support to internal customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Responsible for end-to-end issue resolution, from initial contact to closure
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to KC applications, both mobile and desktop

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You should also have advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, as well as experience with help desk software and tools.

Other Requirements
In addition to the above qualifications, you should have at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a help desk environment. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is also preferred. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Portuguese is an asset.
