**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance of multiple client groups, ensuring that company and client goals are met or exceeded. This involves managing inventory, facilities, and staffing levels, as well as developing strategies to enhance productivity and improve processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed company and client goals
  • Manage all client reporting and internal reporting requirements
  • Approve recommendations for hiring, transfer, promotion, or dismissal of staff
  • Develop strong client relationships in a professional and appropriate manner

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years' experience in a Managing Coach role or equivalent external experience
  • Must be able to obtain necessary licenses for applicable jurisdictions, if required
