Business Operations Analyst

**What You'll Do**
- Our partner operational enablement strategy is to establish an analytics driven service, move to digital content, and ensure globally consistent execution at scale.
Your task will be optimizing and carrying out our communications strategy related to digital enablement content for partners and internal functional teams.
- The Business Operations Analyst will assist in developing learning tools and assets for Cisco partners to drive operational readiness: Partner Operational Readiness Assessment, Black Belt Academy (ops).
PXP Partner Enablement Insights (Ops).
- Work multi-functionally with partners to develop standard processes and improve platforms and assets by using data insights to support readiness strategies.
- Use data analysis practices to make recommendations on how to improve partner experience along the quote-to-cash lifecycle: case data, Voice of the Partner etc.
- Aid in designing solutions that improve partners digital enablement experience
- Translate business requirements multi-functionally to partner teams by creating data driven analysis that helps partner specific needs.
- Perform ad hoc analysis via Excel or other tools to develop business insights.
- Work with Production Support and Development to resolve product issues.
- Be involved in partner enablement to understand business requests and problems partners face today.
- Partner with the Business Intelligence (DABI) team to provide business requirements for data reporting and dashboards.
- Support the team with developing a comprehensive enablement content and communications strategy crafted to increase partner engagement and readiness operationally.
- Coordinate and implement an enablement plan in alignment with Cisco transformation and partner business priorities.
- Simplify and modernize the partner learning experience through improved digital platforms and learning resources.
**Who You'll Work With**
- You will work within Cisco's Workforce Experience (WFX) team.
In this role, you are visible and in direct contact with our extended Partner Operations Team and Regional Commerce Operations teams as well as Global and Regional Partner Sales.
You are joining a dynamic and connected team that leads different parts of the readiness operating model, including Communications and Learning Content Development, offer readiness for Partners and Distributors of Cisco's portfolio as well as focus on policy, tool, and capability related changes.
You'll collaborate on a continuous pipeline of readiness requirements that Cisco needs to communicate, train, and deliver effectively to our partners, requiring a robust analytics and data-driven approach to understand and measure impact for our partners and Cisco.

- You are a multifaceted, creative, 'out of the box' problem solver with a consistent record in redefining how to drive operational readiness with our partner organizations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years Operations, and/or Partner ecosystem experience.
- Have a consistent track record in business analytics, data and reporting.
- Experience with delivering to partners with common Cisco Teamwork tools (Webex, SharePoint, PowerPoint etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills by demonstrating an ability to communicate professionally with a diverse group (managers, SME's and Cisco partners).
**Desired skills**:

- Demonstrated experience working with external partners.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Critical thinking and ability to solve complex problems using data
- Project and program management experience in an agile environment.
