Overview:

At Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Advocacy Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to Amazon employees globally.

About the Role:

This is a seasonal opportunity with an assignment duration of eleven (11) months based on business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing the Disability, Leave, and Accommodation space, interacting with Amazon employees in a way that builds trust by providing accurate information and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of employee contacts ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of problem solving and customer obsession
  • Receiving and resolving DLS inquiries primarily via phone and chat contact channels
  • Serving as the first point of contact for Leave, Disability, and Accommodation related inquiries
  • Building customer trust through empathetic, personalized conversations by assessing and adjusting the case management plan to each employee's changing needs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3-4+ years of contact center or equivalent experience, be detail-oriented with the ability to analyze, problem solve, organize and manage multiple priorities, and have basic knowledge or previous experience in US Federal and State Leave of Absence and Accommodations laws.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
