Responsibilities:
- Work independently with guidance from Management and more senior colleagues
- Responsible for end-to-end issue resolution
- Assist management team and other colleagues as needed
- Maintain and exceed metrics and goals
- Organize own workload, prioritize, and follow up on outstanding items
- Show strong analytical and process management skills
- Make basic decisions over daily responsibilities
- Escalate operative and compliance issues to manager promptly
- Support our GBS value proposition by keeping processes aligned with delivery model and global standard
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Manage formal relationship with internal stakeholders and colleagues of diverse backgrounds
- Ensure timely execution of ASL assignments according to corporate policies
- Take ownership of audit requests involving processes
- Interface with customers to resolve issues
- Evaluate internal documentation and system information
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 1-4 years of relevant functional accounting or finance experience
- Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience as Subject Matter Expert
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge in Yellow/Green/Black belt
Work Location Assignment: Flexible
