**Your Opportunity**

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in driving the adoption of sales and marketing tools like Salesforce and Pardot. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure maximum impact for all stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Sales Operations Manager in executing strategy and managing RN sales demo, RN demo apps, and other sales support tools/resources
  • Create and maintain various sales support documentation and resources for L&D, SS&A, Med Comms, MACS & Products
  • Support the Sales Operations Manager in managing the company CRM system
  • Support Marketing Coordinator to maintain and regularly update the company contact database of clients for marketing outreach, etc.
  • Support the Sales Operations Manager in executing strategy and managing the client satisfaction survey process
  • Support the Sales Operations Manager in managing monthly and quarterly sales reporting

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • At least 2-3 years prior experience supporting a Salesforce CRM system
  • Exceptional teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • The ability to independently, proactively, and effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • A high level of motivation, adaptability, curiosity, and the capability to deal with pressure positively
  • The ability to consistently project a friendly, upbeat, professional attitude and image
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with specific expertise with Excel reporting, pivot tables, etc.
  • Willingness and ability to occasionally travel to client meetings/events
  • Experience with/exposure to Sales Operations in a B2B environment (preferred)
  • Verbal and Written fluency in English is required
