Sales Operations Job Description

In this Sales Operations role, you will support our Sales teams in handling non-standard /low/medium complex quote requests and develop your skills in contract drafting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to review and understand quote/deal setup, identify non-standard elements, and submit quotes for deal-approval to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge about Micro Focus and general business policies (approval matrix, IFRS revenue recognition, etc.).
  • Provide guidance to AMS Sales on required contractual paperwork before accepting customer orders.
  • Play a key role in facilitating the broader Deal Operations team on complex deals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A first-level university degree or equivalent experience; an advanced university degree is preferred.
  • Typically 3-5 years of experience in the Software Industry in a business-related function (Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Sales Support, Accounting, Order Management).
  • Experience in contract drafting.
