About the RoleIn this critical role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective training programs for new joiners and current employees, fostering their growth and development within the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Gathering information on different processes to prepare and deliver training.
- Ensuring timely updates on information in Confluence and following up on tickets to relevant departments.
- Proposing improvements to existing processes and staying informed about changes in other departments.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a high level of adaptability to changes.
An advanced degree or relevant certification in a related field is desirable but not essential. What matters most is your passion for learning and development, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
