We are looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our Finance team in Costa Rica.
In this role you would be responsible for managing client billings for multiple entities.
The Billing Coordinator would report directly to the Billing Specialist.
What You'll Do:
- Process client invoices for media, creative and other agency services
- Bill clients for billable charges
- Use budget/retainer schedules to determine billing amounts and bill clients accordingly
- Review billing activity with Account Services teams
- Review actual digital and media charges versus pre-billing and determine if any billing adjustments are required
- Create billing adjustments
- Ensure that charges have been approved
- Ensure that our clients have been properly billed
- Receive and respond to internal and external billing questions
- Prepare supporting documentation for annual audit
- Perform ad hoc analysis and assist with special projects as needed
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 0-1 years of billing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; dependable with deliverables and deadlines; able to multi-task
- Confidence, good judgment/communication, self-motivated, energy and personality to work in a fast-paced environment across all levels of management and across functions and geographies
- Experience working with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel required and Sage Intacct experience a plus
