With a diverse workforce exceeding 1,000 colleagues, GBS Shared Services supports various regions from centralized locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accounts payable inquiries and processing as the main contact for local finance and supported regions.
- Conduct performance-related controls and address issues related to the Procure-to-Pay process, including scanning, optimizer, and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with Genpact on activities and maintain contact with multiple areas within GBS, such as GL, O2C, Reconciliations, etc.
- Participate in monthly aging or metrics reviews, detail process review, executing and guaranteeing excellence on audit controls related to the P2P process.
Requirements
- University degree or ongoing university studies in a finance-related field.
- Basic office knowledge and accounting/finance skills.
- Desired experience in multinationals, shared services, or finance-related fields.
- Intermediate English proficiency, with Portuguese being a plus.
Organizational Relationships
This role interfaces with colleagues from Global Business Services, Business Technology, Commercial Finance, Commercial & Trade, Contracting, Pricing, Internal and External Auditors, external wholesalers, and state agencies. Flexible work location assignments are available.
