Un encargado de Gerenciar el Canal Moderno y Farmacias del país a través de sus Key Account Manager por cliente.

Localidad**: Costa Rica.

¿Qué harías?
**:

- **
Velar para que los objetivos de ventas de la compañía se cumplan en este canal.
**:

- **
Administrar la inversión con respecto a los objetivos de la estrategia.
**:

- **
Coordinar el Share según los objetivos.
**:

- **
En los lanzamientos de productos dar seguimiento.
**:

- **
Liderar a los Ejecutivos de Ventas y darles claridad de que hacer en con las estrategias.
**:

- **
Estar a cargo de los KAM de OMT.
**:

- **
Darle seguimiento a los acuerdos comerciales, como acuerdos de precios.
**:

- **
Buscar oportunidades de negocio.
**:

- **
Coordinar el tema de espacios y exhibiciones.
**:

- **
Traer los insides del cliente, pasar los insumos a Trade Marketing.
**:

- **
Solicitar recursos a Trade Marketing para implementar las estrategias.
**:

- **
Tener acompañamiento a los ejecutivos, acompañamiento, comunicarle al cliente políticas.

**¿Qué necesitas para aspirar a la vacante?
**:

- **Profesional en Administración Comercial, administración de empresas o carreras afines.
**:

- **
3 a 4 años de experiência en ventas de canal moderno.
**:

- **
Conocimiento de estrategias comerciales.
**:

- **
Manejo de Microsoft Excel avanzado.
**:

- **
ingles intermedio (deseable).
**:

- **
Habilidades de negociación de ventas, trabajo en equipo y liderazgo.
