About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our Digital Sales organization and contribute to accelerating Microsoft's growth in its cloud-first, mobile-first businesses along with traditional businesses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction through senior account management, working closely with Microsoft Partners within a territory of accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, including building relationships with executives at the Chief-level (CxO) and other business and technical decision-makers within customers' organizations.
  • Develop and execute plans to meet or exceed quota based on customer analysis and available resources, ensuring cohesive plans across consumption, ads, upsell, and renewal.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue targets, manage key stakeholders to meet critical deadlines, and orchestrate strategic conversations to match teams and resources to customer needs.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on customer engagement, relationship-building, and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executives, business leaders, and technical decision-makers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
