Resumen:
**¿Cuál es el rol?
**

Liderar el modelo operativo de los Distribuidores y el segmento Hotelero, así como la penetración de red en complejos empresariales, para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales en el segmento SME, mediante la colocación de los productos y soluciones de la empresa, a través de la fuerza de ventas de los Distribuidores y de las plataformas digitales que los mismos implementen, así como por medio de la fuerza de ventas del segmento Hotelero.
**Responsabilidades**:
**¿Qué vas a hacer?
**
- Liderar la ejecución de la estrategia comercial de los Distribuidores y segmento Hotelero para el cumplimiento de los indicadores comerciales mensuales del segmento SME.
- Gestionar y administrar, la relación comercial con los Distribuidores y con la fuerza de ventas del segmento Hotelero, haciendo cumplir todos los acuerdos comerciales y disposiciones legales que establezca el contrato de servicio, y con excelente relacionamiento con los distribuidores.
- Supervisar el desarrollo de las diferentes campañas generadas por la compañía para procesos de venta nueva, cross-selling, up-selling y migraciones.
- Monitorear y hacer cumplir los KPI's asociados a productividad, rotación, calidad y performance de los Distribuidores de servicios.
- Lograr el cumplimiento de las metas comerciales para el canal de Distribuidores y el segmento Hotelero.
- Control y gestión de revenue y churn de la facturación de los segmentos/canales a cargo.
- KPI relacionado a la productividad y actividad de ventas de los Distribuidores, segmento Hotelero, entre otros.
- Velar por mantener los indicadores de calidad de forma semanal.
- Mantener un control en los procesos y estándares.
Calificaciones:
**Conocimiento y Experiência**
- Licenciatura en Administracion de empresas o carreras afines.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en puestos de supervisión/coordinación en procesos de ventas.
- Experiência comprobada en captación de clientes y manejo de personal.
- Experiência en desarrollo de estrategias comerciales para el cumplimiento de las metas de ventas.
- Amplio conocimiento de Ventas.
- Amplio conocimiento de Liderazgo comercial.
- Conocimiento de estrategias de ventas en servicios B2B.
- Dominio de Excel avanzado.
- Dominio básico del idioma Ingles.
- Licencia B1 al día.
- Vehículo propio.
