Summary We seek a passionate and creative Marketing Representative to join our international team.
This role is essential for writing high-quality content, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting internal and external communications.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled in various marketing channels, with a strong focus on writing and content creation.
Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Professional Experience 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
Required Skills Exceptional English writing skills (portfolio required).
Experience in video and picture production (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Mailchimp (email campaigns, workflows, landing pages).
Social media management skills (content creation, scheduling, analytics).
Blog & Newsletter Management experience (Medium, content refinement, formatting, publishing).
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
Basic video and picture editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
Soft skills Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Self-driven with a proactive mindset and a problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Nice to have Experience with Issuu for digital publications.
Familiarity with Teamtailor (career site management).
What You'll Do Internal & Candidate Marketing Write and refine content in English for employees and candidates, such as emails, blog posts, articles, social media content, etc.
Run interviews with employees and SMEs.
Assist in video and picture production (filming, editing, and scriptwriting).
Support on management and maintenance of the internal communications and events calendar.
Oversee the technical blog: coordinate contributors, refine submissions, and publish content.
Support the internal newsletter (writing, formatting, and publishing).
Administer Teamtailor, ensuring the career site is up-to-date and optimized.
Plan and execute email campaigns for candidates using Mailchimp (workflows, landing pages, and segmentation).
Events support.
Corporate Marketing & Digital Content Write and refine content in English for customers, such as emails, blog posts, articles, and social media content.
Assist with award submissions and brand recognition efforts.
Support social media content creation, including design, scheduling, and audience engagement.
Help track and analyze social media and email performance metrics.
Help manage the LinkedIn newsletter (content creation and formatting).
