About the Job:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Japanese Sales and Marketing Supervisor to join our team in the Philippines. As a sales and marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Negotiate with customers to resolve concerns
  • Manage sales orders, sales amount, profit, cost, and organizational management systems
  • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in Japanese and manufacturing set up. You should also be fluent in both oral and written Japanese.
