Monitorear la ejecución presupuestaria y la estructura operativa financiera de los países donde opera la empresa.
Alinear la estructura organizativa de cada país con la estructura corporativa de la empresa.
Contratar y supervisar el entrenamiento de los mejores talentos según las necesidades del negocio y el plan de crecimiento.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência demostrada en el desarrollo de negocios, preferiblemente en el ámbito de consultoría.
Se valorará especialmente la experiência en el negocio de Relocation como un plus.
Disponibilidad para viajar según las necesidades del negocio y para establecer relaciones con clientes potenciales en diferentes regiones.
Excelente manejo de Microsoft Excel a nível avanzado para el análisis de datos, la elaboración de informes y la gestión de presupuestos.
Formación académica en áreas como Ingeniería Industrial, Comercio, Administración de Empresas o disciplinas afines que respalden la comprensión de los procesos comerciales y la gestión empresarial.
Experiência en la supervisión de proyectos, con habilidades demostradas para liderar equipos y alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
Nível de ingles avanzado
