Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Business Development Manager to join our team in CAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of marketing programs for key Pfizer Internal Medicine brands.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute country-specific marketing strategies to drive brand growth and revenue.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute brand programs and develop local activity as needed.
  • Collaborate with customer-facing leadership teams to ensure successful brand implementation.
  • Develop and manage budgets for brand initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform brand strategy.

Requirements

  • Action-oriented to drive plan implementation.
  • Comprehensive business acumen & marketing experience.
  • Thorough understanding of revenue drivers for the portfolio.
