We're seeking an experienced Distribution Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for multi-account Third-Party business management for distributors, driving growth and revenue through effective strategies and partnerships.


What You'll Do

  1. Develop and execute business development strategies for distributors across multiple countries or franchises
  2. Collaborate with distribution partners to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  3. Build strong relationships with clinical, administrative, and economic decision-makers
  4. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
  5. Mentor and develop direct reports to enhance their skills and performance


Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Up to 5-10 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Proven track record of managing P&L, structured analysis, and reporting
  • Experience leading teams and developing direct reports
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and sales skills
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
