We're seeking an experienced Distribution Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for multi-account Third-Party business management for distributors, driving growth and revenue through effective strategies and partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute business development strategies for distributors across multiple countries or franchises
- Collaborate with distribution partners to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Build strong relationships with clinical, administrative, and economic decision-makers
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- Mentor and develop direct reports to enhance their skills and performance
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Business Administration, or a related field
- Up to 5-10 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the medical device industry
- Proven track record of managing P&L, structured analysis, and reporting
- Experience leading teams and developing direct reports
- Excellent communication, leadership, and sales skills
- Emotional intelligence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
