We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisitions Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at 1-800-Best Offer. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of prospects, following up on leads, and negotiating win-win solutions for both parties.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a tight-knit team. As an Acquisitions Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in real estate investments, marketing, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads in a timely manner
  • Build rapport with potential clients and help them overcome objections to get the deal signed
  • Act as a lead contact for sellers
  • Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win-win solution for both parties
  • Use CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved

Requirements and Skills:

  • 2+ years of sales experience (with a proven track record)
  • Ambitious and driven with a positive attitude

  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Someone who takes an ownership mentality in all that is done in this position
  • Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite
  • Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of an organization
