**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must).**:
- **CCNA modules completed.**:
- **Knowledge of Cisco OS, network management and monitoring (must).**:
- **Knowledge of routing and switching.**:
- **Experience with LAN and WAN.**:
- Knowledge in Cisco Collaboration technologies (IP phone).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Solarwinds and Nagios.
- Basic knowledge of information security and Windows server technologies.
- ITIL Foundations (desirable).
- Experience with Ticketing systems (desirable).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Schedule Flexibility
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage IT operations and network equipment such as switches, firewalls and access points.
- Provide support to resolve issues related to network infrastructure.
- Function as an escalation point for incidents not resolved by the NOC.
- Escalate incidents to higher levels if no solution is found within the service level margins.
- Configure, deploy, and support all networking components.
- Manage technology providers that implement solutions.
- Manage, complete, verify and restore backups.
- Manage platform availability and capacity.
- Manage requirements, problems, incidents, and data environments.
- Write and keep updated the technical documentation of the network environment.
- Comply with Service Level Agreements for resolution and/or escalation of cases.
