Channel Partner Supervisor CRV
Purpose Statement
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the inside sales team. Provides coaching as well as process optimization and capability development of the Inside Sales reps. Responsible for stakeholder management and multi-divisional coordination in the assigned region. Part of the team constituting the Multichannel Center of Excellence and will collaborate closely with the Divisional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management of Inside sales teams: Weekly check of actual versus target sales and process metrics situation; Daily objectives and work planning; Team motivation and performance enhancement meetings at appropriate cadence; Weekly Sales Review with Sales Cloud (our Customer Relationship Management system) and Tableau (Our Reporting and Analytics system) on customer level, check of franchise mix and the sales activities per account with the sales reps; Execution of Telemarketing campaigns
- Training & coaching: Organizing trainings and system access; Coaching of Inside Sales Reps; Recruiting and Onboarding of new Inside Sales Reps; Process optimization and continuous improvement
- Infrastructure and Technology: Drive implementation and adoption of the technology platforms in their teams; Escalation of Sales Cloud and IT issues

Job Scope and Leveling Guidelines
Scope
Supervision Received
Works under general supervision. Receives limited supervision on standard issues, and detailed instructions on new assignments. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment, overall quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
Supervision Provided
Provides direction and guidance to predominantly support and entry-level professional personnel; assigns tasks, checks work at frequent intervals, and maintains schedules. Evaluates the performance of and assist in career development planning for subordinates.
Job Complexity
Works on issues of limited scope. Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Monitors daily operations of a unit or sub-unit. Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.
Policy Involvement
Administers and executes policies and procedures that typically affect individual subordinate employees. Develops and/or identify new work processes and the improved utilization of human and material resources within the assigned area or related departments.
Operations Involvement/Direct Work Involvement
Monitors daily operations of a unit and actively assists, or provides direction to, subordinates as required. Investigates and solve basic problems that impact work processes and personnel within a unit or department. May perform, especially in staff or professional groups, ongoing operational tasks of organizational units.
Project Involvement
May participate in department project teams.
Planning and Organization
Schedules human and material resources within a department or section in conjunction with near-term plans to ensure their availability; carries out operations within an established budget.
