Resumen:
**¿Cuál es el Rol?**

Liderar la creación del concepto "Academia Liberty", será responsable de manejar un equipo de analistas y consultores encargados de mantener una plataforma de formación y certificación de vendedores.

**Responsabilidades**:
**¿Cómo agregarás valor?**
- Liderando la creación y el mantenimiento de la plataforma de contenido, formación y certificación para todas las figuras comerciales del área de B2C de Liberty.
- Liderando a un equipo de siete gestores de Selección y Formación, cuya finalidad será la de seleccionar nuevas figuras comerciales para cubrir vacantes, formarlos en materia de oferta, producto, herramientas, procesos, habilidades de venta y datos macro de industria telecomunicaciones en Costa Rica.
- Manteniendo el contacto con el área de Marketing para cubrir todas las modificaciones de oferta que se den y poder bajarlo en formación a los canales.
- Manteniendo contacto con el equipo de Herramientas para el correcto mantenimiento de la plataforma de contenido de formación y certificación.
- Redactando argumentarios, scripts y similares para uso de la fuerza de ventas.
- Asegurando los entrenamientos adhocs a ejecutar por gestores y supervisores comerciales para mejorar el rendimiento comercial de vendedores.

Calificaciones:
**¿Qué necesitas?**
- Formación académica de Bachillerato universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing Digital, Publicidad o carreras afines, o estudiante que haya completado el 50% de los estudios de dicha formación.
- Dos (2) años de experiência en previa en formación y entrenamiento, soportando procesos de selección.
- Experiência liderando equipos de trabajo.
- Experiência en manejo de indicadores y análisis de datos.
- Habilidades requeridas para el cargo: Liderazgo, Entrenamiento y Formación, Pensamiento estratégico, Negociación, Manejo de proyectos, Comunicación asertiva, Orientación a resultados.
