Sales Onboarding Program Manager

The Sales Onboarding Program Manager will play a key role in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Sales Onboarding for Smartsheet's sales teams. You will work closely with the Manager of Global Field Onboarding and Sales Leadership to support business goals and guide growth through increased productivity for new sales reps. You will be the liaison between the new hires, their managers, and other partners to ensure success in their assigned job responsibilities over the course of their first 90 days.

You will report to our Manager of Global Field Onboarding based in Boston, MA
**You Will**:
- Engage stakeholders to identify and translate business goals/needs into the onboarding process.
- Assist in taking a blended-learning approach to include classroom, self paced, event-based training, and new technologies to help scale global onboarding.
- Oversee development of internal onboarding training repository for both instructor led and self directed training to ensure content is up to date and relevant.
- Implement and track metrics and indicators to ensure new hire performance thresholds are tracked and achieved via surveys, feedback, net promoter scores (NPS)
- Explore and implement new solutions, technologies, and best practices to improve the trainee's experience
- Cultivate relationships with sales leadership to develop strategies and align training content to current sales processes to achieve business results,
**You Have**:
- A Business administration or Project Management degree will be a plus or equivalent experience on the field.
- 3+ years within SaaS industry, sales experience in a sales enablement, training or coaching role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, B2 English Proficiency Level or higher
- The skills to identify potential gaps and growth opportunities for onboarding reps
- Excellent project management skills with an opportunity to grow in a training and enablement role
- The ability to manage global teams/projects in multiple time zones
- The ability to perform a situational analysis to form recommendations solutions
- Confidence building, consulting with, and maintaining positive long-term relationships with internal stakeholders
- The ability to embrace and adapt technology; a continuous learner
