Client Success Lead

**Responsibilities**:
- Insures the successful onboarding of new clients
- Manage client relationships
- Run Client Portfolio meetings quarterly
- Be the primary contact for clients in the organization
- Document all client interactions in Buildium
- Escalate verbal, written, or in-person client/tenant interactions to Operations Manager whichmight have legal ramifications.
- Answer client (property owner) questions/concerns regarding their property
- Investigate and handle client issues which are escalated to you
- Attend weekly office L10 meetings
- Initiate demanagement checklist and other checklistsin Lead Simple
- Monitor owner account balances
- Track owner’s landlord Insurance policies
- Advise owners of lease break requests
- Issue PMA renewals
**Requirements**:
- 3+years Property Management Experience
- Ability to learn/use various platforms
- Experience with Buildium, Property Meld and Lead Simple a plus
- Advanced English Level is a must
Employment Type
- Full-time, Monday-Friday.
- Experience level: Intermediate (1 - 3 yrs)
- Languages: English, Spanish
- Salary: 8-9 USD per hour
