Serás responsable de mantener y hacer crecer la relación con nuestros clientes más importantes en la unidad de negocio de Retail. Serás el punto de contacto principal para estas cuentas y trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con diversos equipos internos para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y el logro de los objetivos de ventas

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes clave asignados, comprendiendo sus necesidades y desafíos comerciales.
- Actuar como enlace principal entre los clientes y los equipos internos de Rappi, como Operaciones, Logística y
- Marketing, para garantizar una comunicación eficiente y un cumplimiento efectivo de los acuerdos.
- Analizar datos y tendencias para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y presentar propuestas estratégicas a los clientes clave.
- Coordinar y llevar a cabo reuniones periódicas con los clientes para revisar el desempeño, discutir nuevas iniciativas y resolver problemas.
- Elaborar informes de seguimiento y análisis de resultados para presentar a la alta dirección y a los clientes, proporcionando recomendaciones basadas en los hallazgos.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocios y trabajar en propuestas comerciales personalizadas para los clientes clave.
- Gestionar las expectativas de los clientes y garantizar un alto nível de satisfacción mediante la resolución proactiva de problemas y la entrega de soluciones efectivas
- Realizar un seguimiento regular de los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) para evaluar el éxito de las iniciativas y ajustar las estrategias según sea necesario.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?
- Experiência previa como Gerente de Cuentas Clave, Ejecutivo de Ventas o en roles similares.
- Conocimiento profundo del sector de entrega y servicios, preferentemente en la industria de aplicaciones móviles o comercio electrónico.
- Habilidades sólidas de negociación y capacidad para cerrar acuerdos comerciales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español e inglés.
- Orientación al cliente y capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con diversos interlocutores.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar datos para la toma de decisiones informadas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y bajo presión, gestionando múltiples tareas y prioridades.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de relaciones con el cliente (CRM) y software de análisis de datos.
- Disponibilidad para viajar según sea necesario
