**Summary**:
**This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing B2B travel brand. This role is responsible for both sales and execution of our fully customized group travel itineraries to Europe. The role reports to the COO of Europe Express and is responsible for sales planning to deliver revenue and margin targets as well as execution of booked trips.**:
**What You Will Be Doing**:

- **Devise and deliver the sales plan to achieve divisional revenue targets.**:

- **Own and refine the Europe Express Groups sales plan to deliver the revenue and margin targets and ensure that the business remains competitive and oriented towards growth**:

- **Create annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans that deliver lead to booking conversion targets**:

- **Motivate and lead the sales team, including direct line of Group Sales Manager**:

- **Build a high-performance team with strong performance management and high-quality hiring, celebrating success and sharing good practice**:
**Execute booked trips to achieve divisional margin & NPS targets**:

- **Ensure alignment between sales and execution teams to deliver trips that exceed clients’ expectations and stay within budgeted cost**:

- **Motivate and lead the operations (execution) team, including direct line of Group Operations Manager**:

- **Lead process improvement within the sales and execution teams to increase efficiency**:
**Build strong relationships**:

- **Collaborate well with other functions: marketing, product, finance and people to drive effectiveness and improvement at the organizational level**:

- **Work very closely with Finance and Commercial to agree selling prices and thereafter analyse margins**:

- **Lead to Booking conversion target**:

- **Sales efficiency (delivering sales targets within budgets)**:

- **Operational efficiency (executing trips within budgets)**:
