Global Compensation Manager

- Undergraduate degree in business administration or human resources.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working in a compensation field and at least 3 years as a manager, ideally in an organization working

- Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and communication styles.

Actividades a realizar:
- Exhibit proactive drive and intellectual curiosity to research, streamline processes, assess opportunities, model improvements, and make
proposals to ensure the organizations pay structures, grades, ranges, and practices align with business strategies.
- Analyze positions to ascertain the scope of employee responsibilities and requirements.
- Participate in salary surveys, analyze survey results, and make recommendations relative to benchmarking jobs.
- Lead the annual salary increase circle and update the organization's salary bands in alignment with the market data.
- Partner with managers and supervisors to analyze, document, and evaluate Company jobs.
- Maintain the organizations job description library.
- Provide guidance to management regarding salary changes associated with promotions, demotions, transfers, and relocations, as well as
market and equity adjustments.
- Conduct research on regulatory legislation and identify potential compensatory, operational, and financial impacts.

- Train Managers on compensation philosophy
- Advise and provide assistance to the Regional HR Managers to identify, evaluate, and resolve compensation issues.
- Create, develop, manage, and sustain productive working relationships with vendors to maximize intended business results.

- Design a bonus policy connecting it with the employees performance,
- Analyze and suggest adjustments to the benefits programs.
- Implement a recognition program across Root.
