**Job Description**:
Within Experian’s Chief Risk Office (CRO), we are on a transformational journey of evolving our approach to Operational Risk Management; as such we are standing up a Centralized Risk & Compliance Learning Team to create a world class frictionless Risk & Compliance educational experience for both managers and employees. We are looking for a Learning Management System Specialist to support on driving this agenda at pace. The role holder will have experience in implementing learning platforms with multitenant capabilities to support content/user from various regions and implementing multilingual LMS platform. They will have in-depth experience in advanced functional and technical knowledge of LMS (preferred: Cornerstone OnDemand and Microlearning platforms). This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all training requests and successful maintenance of the Training System for Global Risk & Compliance at Experian. This position works with department leadership to maintain current and accurate training curriculum(s) and assignments for Experian employees globally. This position will provide technical support to the business as required for use of the Learning Management System. The specialist also assists in determining training deployment solutions that contributes to the success of Experian’s Global Risk & Compliance training programme.

**Qualifications**:
Experience and skills in the following areas
- Experience working in a professional environment.
- 3-5 years of administering LMS systems.
- Experience in implementing learning platforms with multitenant capabilities to support content/user from various regions.
- Experience in implementing multilingual LMS platform
- Advanced functional and technical knowledge of LMS (preferred: Cornerstone OnDemand and Microlearning platforms)
- Experience in configuring and scheduling reports in learning platforms based on requirement
- Technical skills including troubleshooting, and understanding of systems; ability to resolve issues
- Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization and communicate complex technical concepts both visually and verbally.
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
- Strong communications skills.

Customer

Operational
- Work with SME's to identify appropriate solutions for learning delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create, maintain, and enhance online and onsite training.
- Deliver the learning solutions to a high standard.
- Maintain and enhance existing learning curricula to ensure the content delivered is accurate and is up to date.
- You will be responsible for administering all aspects of the LMS including the architecture of the course curriculum design specific to individual countries in multiple languages
- You will be responsible for providing support of the LMS system including set up, maintenance, and updates of course settings and technical issue resolution.
- Responsible for creating and implementing the configuration and permissions required to address the needs of the organization.
- Responsible for creating and modifying course and user configurations in the course catalogue/new courses additions, assignment of roles, securities, and permissions; manage users and user/student groups and course assignments and monitor internal system notifications.
