As a Market Execution Manager for Costa Rica and Nicaragua, you will develop and execute the strategy given by the company in Costa Rica and Nicaragua achieving the stablished targets such as volume, revenues and share.
In this role you will also be responsible for flawless execution at the _point of sale process_ for portfolio in your countries.
**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Define aligned PoS for each channel including OBPPC analysis, price-packaging strategy, price promotions, bundle promotions. This will be done in close collaboration with the bottler and leveraging knowledge from the Marketing and Customer and Commercial Leadership (**CCL) **teams.
- Coordinate Business Plan **(BP)** defined activities with extended team to guarantee excellent execution on time. This will be done in close collaboration with the Bottler (**BO)**, Marketing and CCL team. Responsible for aligning teams and ensure that all parts work towards meeting dates and targets.
- Identify market opportunities and provide possible action plans working close to the bottler and being present in the trade and market hand by hand with the BO.
- Track performance and provide early input and feedback to Business Plan. Manage the countries budget and alignment with them.
**Qualification & Requirements**
- This is an Individual contributor position which requires leadership and ability to work in a diverse cultural environment to be successful in the role.
- +5 years of Commercial experience and P&L management (Other FMCG)
- +2 years of Franchise Leadership roles (preferred not required) in the system (Bottler - Distribution partners)
- Ability to identify changes on consumer needs and behaviours. Understand trends and develop strategies to address and capture opportunities.
- Capability to overcome resistance within bottler system towards investment and capability development for Stills Beverages. For that purpose is necessary leadership and establishment of a collaborative partnership with the system and inside the company.
- Align Marketing, Operation and Bottler interests: it is necessary to promote a collaborative environment, teamwork and think rationally to get to effective solutions
- Don’t have bottler information and need to build a recommendation or a plan: have a good relationships with peers, strategic network in the Bottler, good communication.
- Internal processes in the Bottler take longer than planned, affecting due dates: be on top of processes (technical development, orders to suppliers, communication between different departments), to anticipate risks and recommend/take actions accordingly
- Don’t have ideal resources: need to effectively manage budgets, making the right choices and picking the most impactful actions to leverage results
- Must be practical & disciplined to guarantee a flawless execution. At the same time, must be analytical and insightful to provide input to generate innovations in processes and products to keep evolving the business.
