Job Purpose:


This role is to be responsible for planning and overseeing Moves-Adds and Changes (MAC) Projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget and scope.

The position prepares and shares reports for key stakeholders regarding status of projects under its responsibility including but not limited to lead times, budgets and progress compliance and status.

The position should be capable of working autonomously to fulfill country leadership requirements through a remarkable customer service approach to drive projects and programs to create a WOW user experience.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities includes:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and confirming resource availability and allocation
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and manage the relationship with the client stakeholders
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Participates and engages with the teams and with ongoing IFM meetings establishing its' own Rhythm of Business (ROB) activity as needed and Client's needs.

Ensures compliance with Client's Global programs, processes, policies and procedures. Identify and includes all variations applicable per site. Develop and deploy missing SOPs
Work with Sourcing to drive vendor selection and contracting terms and conditions
Continuously identifies ways in which service can be improved and value for money enhanced. Develops, seeks approvals, and implements action steps to drive such process improvements and cost reductions.
Drives compliance with environmental, health and safety (EHS) requirements.
Operates independently on activities relevant to project. Defers policy issues and employment related issues to higher management levels.

Enhance the department/organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Any other delegated task per business dynamics/client requirements.

Requirements:

Academic Background:

Bachelor's Degree in fields like business management, process engineering, project management or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

1+ year proven working experience in the IFM field and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to details.

Skills:


Capacity to anticipate, plan and adapt to rely on limited experience and judgment to accomplish goals while performing a variety of tasks.

High Customer Service attitude as the ability to provide a practical and innovative service experience
Working experience of leading a multi-supply partners team to deliver a seamless and integrated services.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Self-aware and self-motivated results driven individual with strong capabilities to quickly learn and adapt to changing work environments.

Passion for winning and biased toward actions to work as part of a team within a rapidly change, ambiguity and growing business environment.


Languages:

Fluent in English. Portuguese is a plus
