Job Description:

Work with the Client Success Automation Team to build "Apps" using Microsoft's Power Apps and Power Automate. This person will work with internal clients following a Scrum-Agile development framework.

On this project the intern might need to meet with business/process SMEs and analyze the feasibility of the automation as well as work with business developers building the Power Apps solutions.


Functions:

  • Extract steps from process observations, manage business exceptions.
  • Collaborates directly with other internal groups to successfully resolve the automation task to the internal user's satisfaction.
  • Interpret project specifications and utilize the most effective approach to produce the desired results accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain constant communication with the business developer and business analyst on the project progress.
  • Work on assigned tasks during a sprint to create a minimum viable product.
  • Design app interfaces with Power Apps.
  • Code on Power FX (The lowcode language used across Microsoft Power Platform) the required functionalities of the product iteration.
  • Attend to the Team's Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Review).
  • Analyze tools, procedures, systems, making recommendations for new technology.

Qualifications:

  • IT or Development related study fields.
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge with Smart Automation Technologies (RPA, Chatbot, Power Apps, etc.) Preferred
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Great problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Basic project management understanding.
  • Multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
