Join our esteemed firm as a Wealth Management Advisor, serving as the primary liaison for a select group of affluent clients. With a structured environment that separates sales from client service, you will not be burdened with the multifaceted roles typical of a conventional Financial Advisor. The Opportunity

As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will be the voice for our clients across the United States. You will collaborate with our internal portfolio strategists, research teams, client service representatives, and distinguished sales personnel to deliver the highest level of service. Our commitment to being a fee-only fiduciary firm ensures that our compensation structure is aligned with our clients' best interests, free from commission-based incentives.

Through our exclusive training program, we provide an advanced education in finance and capital markets, equipping you with the knowledge of our firm's unique investment philosophy and assisting you in obtaining any necessary licenses. You will report to your group manager, whose expertise will guide you in managing client relationships and offer personalized career development.

The Day-to-Day:

Serve as the cornerstone of our Private Client Group, fostering trusting relationships with clients while educating them on our strategic portfolio approach, their investments, and significant market developments. Proactively engage with clients on a quarterly basis to assess their asset allocation and ensure alignment with their long-term financial objectives. Collaborate with our sales team to gradually expand your portfolio of high-net-worth clients within your first year.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in building trust and nurturing client relationships. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Series 65 (assistance will be provided upon commencement). Valid passport for travel to take the Series 65 examination. Proficient in both written and verbal English. A strong passion for global financial markets. A consultative approach with a strong emphasis on client-centric service.
