Job Description

We help organizations manage credit risk, prevent fraud, and automate decision-making. As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting client success and sales activities for Experian's Preferred clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of client environments and processes to identify opportunities for improving Experian products and services.
  • Coordinate communication with clients to implement product or service changes regarding security, membership, and legal.
  • Assess client relationship health and engagement, identifying areas for improvement to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue sales and service opportunities for potential clients within assigned production centers or specific accounts.
  • Provide product training to users to ensure effective client use of Experian services.
  • Communicate client technical support or account maintenance needs and requests to team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of data and data quality marketplace.
  • Willingness to volunteer for activities as a member of a teamed account selling approach.
  • Working knowledge of CRM system.
  • Ability to travel.
