Resumen:


Proponer e implementar nuevos canales de contactabilidad con los Clientes, que permitan comunicar oportunamente la propuesta de valor de la compañía.

Inspeccionar el abastecimiento del portafolio de celulares, para asegurar el cumplimiento de la estrategia de renovaciones y los indicadores financieros de la compañía y proponer e implementar proyectos que contribuyan a satisfacer necesidades específicas de la compañía para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ingresos o crecimiento de clientes.


Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisión del correcto funcionamiento de los modelos de gestión y mejoras en la ejecución de los mismos, en las plataformas de comunicación para canales tradicionales y digitales que permita asegurar el crecimiento de los KPIs principales de cada producto: Prepago (Recarga, consumo) Postpago (Upsell plan, Renovaciones, excedentes, etc) Fijo (RGUs, Upsell, migraciones de tecnología, etc).
  • Diseñar la estrategia de "go to market" para el lanzamiento de productos y servicios nuevos en conjunto con el equipo de producto móvil y fijo.
  • Supervisión a la ejecución e implementación de nuevos canales de comunicación o detección de eficiencias, para incrementar la generación de demanda o "leads" de cada uno de los productos móviles y fijos
  • Velar por el correcto funcionamiento y experiência de usuario de los canales de comercialización de cada producto.
  • Supervisar la entrega mensual al área comercial en tiempo y forma, de las bases de clientes para las campañas de comercialización de productos postpago y fijo.
  • Seguimiento a los resultados de las campañas de gestión del parque y consumo para productos y servicios prepago, postpago y fijos, para encontrar eficiencias o mejoras a la conversión de las mismas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la compañía.
  • Supervisar las relaciones comerciales con las marcas fabricantes de celulares, asegurar el abastecimiento del portafolio comercial, cálculo del forecast de consumo para cada trimestre, alineamiento de consumo y rotación con la estrategia de renovaciones de la compañía.
  • Planificación del lanzamiento comercial de nuevos modelos de celulares, según estacionalidad.
  • Supervisión a la entrega oportuna de las premiaciones en los clubes de contenido Prepago y Postpago.
  • Planificación de las estrategias de cualquier otra función relacionada solicitada por la dirección de MKT o dirección país.

Calificaciones:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo, Administración de empresas o Afines
  • Deseable Maestría en áreas afines
  • Dominio avanzado del idioma inglés.
  • 5 años de experiência laboral en cargos gerenciales donde la misión principal del rol radique en el establecimiento de estrategias comerciales para el cumplimiento de metas corporativas s a través del análisis de datos, desempeñando roles afines a: Gerente de go to market, Gerente de Precios, Gerente de Mercadeo.
  • Experiência laboral en las industrias: Telecomunicaciones, Tecnología, Banca o Retail.
  • Dominio avanzado paquete office 365, énfasis en Excel.
  • Deseables conocimientos en Power BI.
  • Deseables conocimientos en lenguaje de programación SQL
