**Better requires process discipline and simplification**

As an Analyst, Reporting & Analysis, you will work within the Platform Operations department, in the Data Science, Insights & Analytics team. We’ll be looking for you to create and maintain reporting primarily for our new banking and digital wallet products. These reports will analyze the customer journey and operational business processes, highlighting opportunities for process improvement. You will design, extract, transform and load documents, SQL queries, and procedures. Additionally, you will gather and evaluate data from various sources to support our existing automated processes. Your role is vital in building out reporting to ensure we can follow the customer journey and identify any pain points that need timely resolution.

For this role, we require you to have a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, IT or equivalent in a technology-related field, or equivalent professional experience. You will need a good track record of using data analysis to identify business problem and deliver insights. With regards to technical skills, prior knowledge of SQL is required while knowledge of Python, R, Power BI or Tableau would be an advantage but is not a requirement. Good communication skills and ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience will also help you succeed in this role.
