**Role Responsibilities**:

- Responsible of Digital Review Team floor management and provide real time support in an operation of 70+ analysts.
- You will perform analysis and quality monitoring of transactional and call volume via real-time queues, support and foster a positive and high-performing culture within the team.
- You will need to be attentive to details and capable of working and prioritizing effectively under stress or in difficult situations.
- You will support operation on properly managing workloads, while ensuring a high-quality delivery service and support the operation on volume needs as required.

**Role Requirements**:

- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs.
- We require you to be fluent in English - written and verbal skills (English level B2+ minimum).
- Formal education bachelor’s degree desired (Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering) and be Yellow belt certified or commit to getting certified.
