Key job responsibilities
- Reviewing live-site ads: Reviewing live-site ads (global placements and ad products) per defined strategy.
- Pulling Andon Cords: The walkers will own converting defects identified from walking into Andon Cords using established processes.
- End to end Andon Cord ownership: Responsible for Andon Cords until resolution, requiring engaging with different owners on deep diving and resolving.
- SOP development and management: Establishing SOPs for the end to end process, and documenting issues and resolutions.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Identify and enable opportunities for automation, elimination of redundancies, and delivering efficiencies.

About the team
The Global Advertising Customer Experience team are guardians of our end customer’s experiences with advertising. Walk The Store is a mechanism we use to walk in the shoes of our Customers, review their experience with ads, and pull the Andon Cord for action. The information captured is used to alert the organization to opportunities not captured through existing guardrails or business measurements, and support driving for the elimination of defects.
- Experience working in the advertising space either in campaign management or ad operations.
- Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership of projects or programs and driving results.
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve processes.
