The Sr. Specialist, Marketing role will be responsible for ensuring the Customer & Third-Party Risk marketing strategy of LSEG is activated with maximum impact and relevance to our customers and accounts in their respective markets, through design and delivery of end-to-end tactical marketing programs.
Key responsibilities: - Partner with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to design, build, activate and measure tactics that will support the objectives of the marketing strategy. - Deliver tactical marketing plan in the most effective and efficient way, leverage the full marketing mix. - Collaborate closely with channel specialist teams where necessary - ensuring coordinated execution and alignment to the lead funnel. - Make use of analytics as a basis for determining what tactics to use, track performance against benchmarks and report return on investment. - Generate ideas to increase customer engagement. - Update marketing budgets and keep an accurate record of expenditure. Skills and requirements: - Experience of B2B marketing delivery. - Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external stakeholders with different priorities - Strong ability to learn, listen and collaborate - Receptive to feedback and invested in personal development - Experience supporting the development of tactical marketing planning, with a knowledge of the end-to-end process - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong understanding of data and insight analysis, knowing which metrics to pinpoint and use -Strong collaboration skills and ability to negotiate through a diverse and global matrix structure -Customer centric approach and focus -Excellent project management skills and a proactive approach - Confidence to bring fresh ideas and an innovative approach to interpret marketing strategies - Ability to handle multiple projects at once - Focused on outcomes, not outputs - Demonstrate a “learn it all” approach - building strong understanding of industry themes, market dynamics, customer challenges and LSEG solutions. - Experience of using marketing platforms and systems.
