Business Support Associate Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Support Associate to join our team at Western Union. This role will provide support to US and Canada agents in three main areas: Settlement, Commission, and Reporting inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve cases involving debits, credits, refunds, and reconciliation discrepancies in Settlement.
- Guarantee monthly commission payment for Money Transfer product and reissue of commission checks in Commission.
- Set up and resend of Settlement reports required by our agents and networks in Reporting.
Additional Tasks
- Assist Account Executives and Regional Directors in implementing new agents/networks.
- Participate in conference calls for resolution of inquiries or problem solving.
- Participate in projects to enhance processes.
- Properly handle data reports to give specific format, presentation, and identify settlement discrepancies.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in Customer Service
- B2 + English Level (85%). Fluent both verbally and in writing.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge from Intermediate to Advanced
- Microsoft Office skills needed.
- Knowledge in AS400, Power BI, Microsoft Access, and Share Point are a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical, Proactive and Detail oriented.
- Multitasking skills.
- Expected to be able to work both individually and as a team contributor.
