About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Assistants are integral members of the North America Talent Acquisition Operations team based in Costa Rica, providing essential systems and administrative support for offices and region. The position demands a professional with effective communication skills, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and possess a proactive approach.

Your Key Responsibilities:

">

Support recruiting teams to ensure a successful recruitment experience, requiring confidentiality and professionalism. Provide event support, including finalizing logistics, setting up schedules, preparing marketing materials, and managing feedback collection. Partner with the Recruiting Operations and Analytics team to create and execute system reports and queries. Assist with special projects and analyses as needed.

Requirements:

">

A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Prior business experience in comparable environments, such as recruiting coordination or administrative assistant roles, is preferred but not mandatory. Essential skills include excellent organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, outstanding interpersonal skills, maturity, and a strong service orientation. A high degree of flexibility in a fast-paced environment is also necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

">

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Work Environment:

This position requires working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
