We are a dynamic and driven team, always looking for ways to improve and grow. As an Executive Assistant at BCG, you will play a critical role in supporting our Managing Directors and Partners, ensuring they have the resources they need to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, booking travel, managing case team logistics, and providing administrative support to our senior executives.
You will work in a hybrid model, splitting your time between the office and remote work. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience, and to contribute to the success of a leading global consulting firm.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Managing Directors and Partners, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and managing case team logistics
- Coordinate end-to-end travel needs, including booking all travel and hotels, directions, commuting time and ground transportation
- Process timesheets and expenses on a timely basis
- Support administrative aspects of MDP internal commitments: practice area activities, BCG leadership committees, recruiting, etc.
- Facilitate the scheduling process with clients and their assistants, communicating with a friendly professionalism and high attention to detail; build client relationships
- Lead case team logistics and work cooperatively with fellow BCG assistants to support other MDPs, Partners, Principals and BST leaders on the case team; provide back-up support to other assistant team members
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree, strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an extremely fast-paced environment supporting senior executives, strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years providing direct administrative support
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
