Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join our team in the UK. This role involves daily interactions with tickets and invoices for our largest Customers, as well as direct communication with Vendor Reconciliation Team and Sales Person for approvals, queries, and confirmations.

Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable invoices
  • Verify invoices with EIP system
  • Organize processed invoices and escalate issues to Supervisor
  • Request ATF and print tickets and invoices
  • Participate in month-end closing process for timely preparation of financial statements
Requirements
  • Excellent English level
  • 1 year of experience
  • Polished communication skills
  • Strong customer service
  • Microsoft Office Excel and Word skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and with team members in a fast-paced environment
