Job Overview

This role is a hybrid position combining sales, account management, and service responsibilities.

You will be working in a team environment, collaborating with internal departments to drive revenue growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing tailored solutions and expert advice.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inbound client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and service initiatives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of previous sales and customer service experience.
  • High school Diploma required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
