As a Guest Experience Expert at Marriott International, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
