Nuestro trabajo consiste en ofrecer a los huéspedes un espacio acogedor y limpio. Como Expertos en el entorno del huésped, tenemos la responsabilidad de mantener el buen aspecto y la limpieza del hotel. Estamos en movimiento y hacemos lo que hay que hacer en cada momento. Ya sea atendiendo a las solicitudes de los huéspedes, recargando los carritos de limpieza, limpiando cuartos y zonas comunes, o realizando otras tareas, garantizamos que los espacios del hotel permiten a los huéspedes tener una experiencia memorable.
Para el éxito en este puesto, es fundamental garantizar un espacio de trabajo seguro, seguir las directrices y procedimientos de la compañía, respetar la confidencialidad, mantener los estándares de calidad y asegurarse de que su uniforme, apariencia personal y comunicación sea profesional. También es importante estar en constante movimiento, implicarse en todo tipo de tareas y hacer bien esas tareas (y otras razonables que se le soliciten) para que los huéspedes estén satisfechos y el hotel funcione.
