Luxury Pool Ambassador

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Pool Ambassador to join our team at Marriott Worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of service.

**About the Role**

As a Luxury Pool Ambassador, you will be the face of our pool area, welcoming guests and providing them with a personalized experience. Your duties will include managing the pool furniture, maintaining the cleanliness of the area, and ensuring that our guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay.

• Anticipate and address guests' service needs
• Assist individuals with disabilities
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation
• Speak with others using clear and professional language
• Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
• Support team to reach common goals

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous customer service experience required; hospitality experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
