Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ERC Associate to join our HR team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Amazon employees across the US, EMEA, Canada, and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone-related contacts from Amazon employees while maintaining successful partnerships with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Stocks, Payroll, Talent Management, and Operations partners.
  • Master your research skills to resolve HR issues coming in via the ERC phone system using our case management system to document and track every call with high accuracy.
  • Encourage self-service tools available for all employees.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have at least 6 months of customer service industry experience.
  • Must have Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience dealing with customers and use of empathy skills is required.
  • Fluent communication and writing skills in English (85%).
  • Schedule flexibility is essential due to our 24x7 operations support.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy standards.
  • High School diploma is mandatory.
Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
