Customer Service Liaison Specialist

Job Overview: 3M is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Representative to join our Sample Center LATAM Team. This role involves handling internal customer transactions, managing customer sample orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role: As a Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for acting as the primary liaison with internal customers. Your duties will include communicating clearly and professionally, educating and informing customers about various processes, and directing them to appropriate resources.
Main Responsibilities:
- Internal Customer Liaison
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers or suppliers
- Educate and inform customers about various processes and direct them to appropriate resources
- Handle internal and external customer inquiries, claims, and complaints; interpret policies and regulations, investigate problems, and communicate with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues
- Customer Service
- Practice first call resolution with internal and external customers
- Improve customer satisfaction by identifying patterns of problems and barriers to solutions
- Provide insight to resolve problems
- Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Participate in and maintain a quality service culture, supporting the organization's quality program(s)
- Continuous improvement of processes and Lean Six Sigma project coordination, which may include identifying opportunities to improve data quality and reduce cycle times
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Minimum of one year of combined experience in customer service and/or sales in a private, public, government, or military environment
- English level: 80% proficiency (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce system experience
- Samples, Demand, or Supply process experience
- Experienced with cross-functional project participation
