Job DescriptionAs a Lead Product Readiness Specialist with Experian Consumer Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of new products from inception to general availability. You will work closely with departments across the business to prepare products for go-to-market readiness.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Defining and managing project scope, goals, and deliverables for product readiness
- Coordinating project readiness exercises and delivery with multiple teams, including Client Services, Product, Sales Operations, Product Market, Account Development, and others
- Actively managing quality of deliverables, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure timely and budget-friendly project objectives
- Constantly communicating with stakeholders to identify blockers and communicate updates
You will be responsible for owning the product readiness lifecycle and effectively communicating project expectations to department stakeholders, peers, and leadership.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in Project or Program Management in either a client-facing role or an internal PMO
- Demonstrated ability to connect with cross-functional teams within an organization
- Ability to think strategically and work independently, taking initiative on identifying challenges and proposing solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Must be able to execute tasks with exceptional attention to detail
- Must have the ability and desire to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and handle several projects and tasks simultaneously
