Customer Care Specialist II Role in Consumer Insights

This Customer Care Specialist II role plays a crucial part in our efforts to deliver exceptional consumer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls for our various lines of business, ensuring consumer satisfaction through thorough report interpretation, timely responses to inquiries, and effective dispute resolution.
Your duties will include:
- Receiving and resolving consumer complaints and issues efficiently
- Analyzing consumer concerns and determining the best course of action
- Educating consumers on dispute management options and providing immediate resolution solutions
- Maintaining database integrity by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Complying with regulations such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act and all relevant state and country credit laws
In this remote role, you will begin working from home due to COVID-19 circumstances. However, please note that the position may transition back to our office once it is deemed safe to do so.
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- At least 1 year of experience in inbound call handling
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain consistent performance in a fast-paced environment (85-90% occupancy)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Exceptional decision-making skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your location and qualifications.
